- Sitting for the industry certification exam is an expectation for FastForward programs. Therefore, you must meet SHRM eligibility criteria for the exam before registering for this course. SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam eligibility requirements can be found at:

Course Description:

Ensure you're prepared with our 13-week instructor-led, Live via Zoom course designed for SHRM credential candidates. Expand and test your knowledge and practical, real-life competencies in areas critical for HR career success. This program combines expert instruction with the SHRM Learning System for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP. You will learn faster, retain more knowledge and stay on track for success on the certification exam. This course is offered in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest HR membership organization devoted to human-resource management. As part of your course, you will receive the 2025 SHRM Learning System for SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP. The materials will be mailed to you before the course begins at no additional charge. To be eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP exams, you must meet specific educational and work-experience criteria at the time you submit your application. Course fee includes 39 hours of instruction, SHRM Learning System (online and print materials), exam voucher, access to assessments, practice questions, learning modules, quick-start videos, study flashcards, post-tests, and an online resource center.
What is Expected:
- You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor.
- Students must have a working camera and it is required to be ON during class sessions.
- Applicants must meet specific educational and work experience criteria at the time they submit their application in order to be eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP or SHRM- SCP exam. SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam eligibility requirements can be found at: https://www.shrm.org/credentials/certification/eligibility-criteria.
- You must apply with SHRM by the standard application deadline and sit for the SHRM Exam within the next SHRM Testing Window.

Important: The SHRM application deadline is
December 17, 2025. You must apply with SHRM by this date using the exact directions and voucher code you get from your instructor once the class begins. You are expected to sit for the exam in the
2025 First Test Window: December 1-February 15, 2026. The included exam voucher is valid for this testing window only.
Included with Tuition
The SHRM Learning System print materials and online access are assigned to students on or by the first day of class and are non-refundable once assigned. The print materials are mailed to you at the address you used when registering for the course. The course also includes the SHRM Exam Fee.
