No project is an island. It has impact on and is impacted by stakeholders. Ever wonder what makes a good project or program manager? It is knowing who these stakeholders are and how to manage their involvement and expectations. Using the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), this course is designed to introduce new project managers and remind experienced project leaders how to effectively and efficiently manage their project stakeholders.
