No project is an island. It has impact on and is impacted by stakeholders. Ever wonder what makes a good project or program manager? It is knowing who these stakeholders are and how to manage their involvement and expectations. Using the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), this course is designed to introduce new project managers and remind experienced project leaders how to effectively and efficiently manage their project stakeholders. At the end, you will be familiar with how to identify internal/external stakeholders, plan stakeholder management, and manage their engagement, support, and involvement for project success.
