Are you interested in an administrative career in the healthcare field? Working at the front desk of a medical office requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities. In this course, you’ll learn office reception skills, daily operations, and effective communication techniques, with a strong emphasis on mastering medical terminology.
Access to a computer and reliable internet is required. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to take the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam offered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Textbooks and exam fees are included in the cost of the course.
