Pharmacy Technician Program Pricing:

Course Description:
Get started today on an exciting career path! The Pharmacy Technician Program is a comprehensive and engaging educational experience designed to equip aspiring pharmacy technicians with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training necessary for success. This program combines rigorous coursework with practical simulations to prepare students for a rewarding career.
This 185- hour hybrid program will be completed within 12 weeks. The online didactic portion includes graded quizzes, unit exams, a midterm, and a final exam. Students should plan to spend 12 hours a week on the didactic portion. The simulation portion of the program meets 3.5 hours weekly in person and is facilitated and graded by local instructors. 
The course prepares students for a national certification exam. Tuition includes all online components, supplies, and the certification exam.

Prerequisites:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Successful completion of a Math and Reading Proficiency Assessment
• Clear Background check through DISA (this is an additional out of pocket expense) and medical clearance from Primary Care Provider
A Workforce Solutions team member will follow up with assessment results and provide guidance on next steps.
Certification:

Upon the completion of the class, students will be eligible to take the certification through NHA (National Health-careers Association).

Please read:  Students will need to complete a background check prior to registration A working knowledge of Algebra is essential for this class. Required math and reading proficiency assessment is required. Fill out Pharm Tech interest form at https://forms.gle/Ek9GASSdkgQBoHSM8 and a team member will send information on how to access the assessments Students must pass prior to enrollment but can take the assessment 3 times. **Students must attend the inperson simulations labs on campus-very strick attendance policy!
